I used CITIZENS and PROGRESSIVE for over 10 years as a senior citizen and just discovered they have been grossly ripping me off for over a decade!! I don’t know how they can look in the mirror at night knowing that you can go to AARP for 75% off of what they charge. They don’t deserve 1* and didn’t even try to keep me from leaving as I am a member in good standing! Would never recommend them to any friends or family. 1* review
