I’m not sure what experience you are referring to??? I haven’t filed any claims, the only contact I’ve had is when I receive the home owners or auto insurance bill, the premiums keep increasing, my car is 20 years old, decreasing in value. I’ve asked about the 50 miles a day discounted premiums I see advertised for our auto and never get a response about a lower premium. Homeowners goes up (no claims) so I raised the deductible to lower the increasing premiums. We are on fixed incomes, where do we get income increases to satisfy your premium increase demands? It’s frustrating.
