My experience with AutoSelect Warranties was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They don’t pay for anything they promise in their contracts. When my car started having engine problems, they flat-out refused to cover any costs, not even the diagnostics. Their customer service is atrocious, filled with rude and patronizing staff who seem to take pleasure in being unhelpful.Ian, in particular, was beyond unprofessional. He was belittling, aggressive, and made me feel completely humiliated for even asking for the service I paid for. His behavior was discriminatory and utterly disgraceful. I was shocked by the blatant disrespect and lack of basic courtesy.The entire ordeal was frustrating and demeaning. They are a complete scam, preying on customers with false promises and no intention of delivering on their end. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from AutoSelect Warranties. Save your money and avoid the stress and disappointment. This company is a total fraud and should be shut down.
