DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they very rarely pay out for any claim and will state everything is "wear and tear" and therefore not covered, or find some other excuse. I have had two warranties from this company - the first time, I was naive enough to pay £500 for a 3 x year warranty on a car I was told at purchase could be transferable to a future car I bought within that time. The policy suggested that but is so ambiguously and badly written that they then claimed it was not transferable - except in the case of death! I tried to make around 4 x claims on items which are explicitly stated as being covered on the Gold warranty - but each time they claimed it was "wear and tear" and therefore not covered - even for a starter motor, or made some other excuse. After 3 x years of dealing with them I have no confidence in them whatsoever, they are ABYSMAL!!!
