Recently bought a car from Auto select in bedford , the car came with gold warranty through auto select warranties. After owning the car 3 week the car couldnt reach operating temperature and i got it looked at an Audi garage . They told me the thermostat was sticking open and while the wer working on the car they notcied a failing engine mount , i contacted the warranty company and told them that ive had it looked at . When i came to claiming for the parts and labour they have rejected the claim even tho the claim limit was £1500 . They expected me to have my car off the road untill they accepted the claim but i need my car for work . Im disgusted that I’ve spent over £10000 on a car with warranty and its had faults within 3 weeks and they wont even pay back the parts n labour for the repairs . I wouldnt be buying a car from ther and i wouldn’t recommend thier warranty company as they just reject claims because you get your car fixed without waiting for the claim to be approved.
