I placed an order for a 15mm wrench and a 10mm wrench on 10/9/25 and only received the 15mm wrench. After two weeks of trying to reach out via calls and emails, I received a message on 10-25-25 stating that the remaining wrench would ship by the end of the following week. Now, it's been over 2.5 months since then, totaling more than 3 months, and I still haven't received the wrench I paid for. There’s been no response to my calls, no updates, and no communication from the support team. I regret doing business with this company. I run multiple auto body collision centers and initially placed this small order as a test for a larger procurement of tools and equipment. I'm relieved to learn about their business practices now. I will wait one more day before I share my experience online. This feels more like a garage operation than a professional store.
