Bought a GLA from this dealer for 12k and from the next day it was struggling to start. It was taking more than 7 seconds to start!
I complained to dealer but they maintained this was normal for diesel cars.
I have sent them 3 diagnostic reports which confirm fault with the car including Mercedes dealer showing urgent repairs of 2800 but they have denied this as a problem.
They have rejected my right to return the car under the consumer rights act. I am taking this legally to return the car as they have rejected my right to return faulty car.
They are not registered with motor ombudsman and do not have a cooling off period.
I have had a terrible experience with this dealer and would not recommend.
