Video Upload Issues and Limited Options

Inquired about adding a video and confirmed interest. However, when selecting a package, only the standard option was available. I found myself unable to upload the video, being faced with the choice of proceeding without it or upgrading. Attempted to upgrade, but the only option remained the standard package. It seems there is a programming issue preventing me from paying extra to include my video.
