This is not my first time renting a car, and previously I was always satisfied with everything. But this time, my experience was shocking and extremely frustrating.
The company charged me for the car, but because my visa had 5 months left before expiration instead of 6, they marked us as a no-show and refused to provide the car. Just like that—they took the money and didn’t offer any solution at all. The lady at the office simply told me, “If you have any issues, call the call center.”
This company is a scam. Be aware and avoid it!
The funny part? They even sent me a survey to leave a review—with a non-working link 😅
