DO NOT RENT NOTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!A friend and I rented a car from these scammers for 14days.1st red flag was the car was a piece of trash on wheels.2nd red flag was they never issued us the vehicles insurance papers.Only until we made it know that the police stopped us “Johnny” then went to get papers from the insurance company and sent it over via WhatsApp.Fast forward to returning the carWe called the persons who we collected the car from & they didn’t answer so we called the famous “Johnny” he answered and stated that we should leave the car in the Norman Manley car park.We enquired about our refund and he stated that he was on vacation and he wouldn’t be able to do anything until the following day.On the following day we contacted Johnny to ask what time should we expect the funds to be returned.He stated 3pm, 6pm & then 9pm at this point we came to the understanding that he never had no intentions on returning the security deposit.Fortunately we booked this scamming company through Expedia who we will encourage to remove AutoUnion/ Efay from their website.They were able to refund the security deposit amount.To save yourself the hassle & stress from these scammers just stayed clear!The extra few £ or dollars you may think you are saving is not worth it!Use respectable companies & leave these scammers to self-destruct
