Office at Montego Bay airport, also named EFAY car rental.No spare tyre as I had a flat tyre. They told me to park the car at the airport parking in Kingston airport, and they would pay the parking fee. They refused afterwards. I could have saved these money by parking outside the airport. They gave me another, very old car, again without spare tyre.They charged my credit card twice for the deposit, so I had to block my credit card. Still no cancellation of the deposit. Someone also broke in to the car, but no alarm on the car.I will not use this company again, if going to Jamaica, then rather spend more money and use a company, with more offices.
