Additionally, we booked a specific vehicle but received a different one, and all the instructions in the car were in a foreign language. Moreover, common sense seemed to be absent when we faced an issue. It wasn't the fault of the representative at the desk, but it appeared they had no authority to make decisions. They were bound to follow the head office's slow email instructions, which were difficult to reach. There's a reason why the service is offered at a low price.
