Booked online on the 28/10/24. A very quick, easy and painless process. My engineer Terry arrived exactly when stated on the 30/10/24. Terry was very professional and polite, he checked my appliance and quickly explained to me the work he was about to carry out. The repairs were remedied/fixed promptly and no mess left behind. I highly recommend this company and engineer. Altogether a great service hence the 5 star review
