Whenever there are drink promotions, payments are accepted, but then I’m told I will receive a refund or a credit note due to items being out of stock. I’ve reached out multiple times via email with no response, yet your company bombards me daily with offers for products that are unavailable. I've also noticed that items like glassware are rarely restocked, leaving collectors like myself without options. Additionally, I’ve had issues with your points system; I can convert points to vouchers, but when I try to use them, they are not accepted at checkout, which feels deceitful.
