Order Not Received and Poor Service

I placed an order for 72 cans of vodka on December 31, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to them regarding the delivery issues with the carrier, but the support team claims it's not their concern. I will never use this service again. Their customer service is lacking, and they seem indifferent to their customers, focusing only on making money. I doubt they will respond to this, as they haven't addressed any previous concerns. It's best to avoid this company.

External packaging was perfect, but the internal contents were a disaster

The parcel arrived with an immaculate exterior, but the vodka box inside was severely damaged, covered in dirt, dust, and fingerprints. There was just a loose bottle without the usual internal packaging, along with two cans thrown in and some long, curly hairs in the box. The vodka was nearly expired, and I was offered a £5 voucher. As a long-time customer, I’m disappointed and won’t be returning; the customer service has really declined.

I placed my order on December 4th, and the shipping date has been altered six times. I requested a refund, but I keep being given the runaround. It feels like my money has been taken without any intention to resolve the issue. I am considering filing fraud charges against the company and reporting theft to my local authorities, as they refuse to return my funds. My next step will be consulting with my attorney regarding this matter.

Faulty ice bucket received with my order

I got a “free” ice bucket with my order, but it was unusable due to a broken bottom and dents. Since it was “free,” it won't be replaced, but as a gesture, I can get a £10 credit to buy a £19 ice bucket plus shipping. This is not satisfactory customer service, unfortunately!

Great products with a few recent hiccups

Overall, I really enjoy the products from the company; they are excellent. However, I've encountered a couple of issues with a recent order. The first problem was that I was oversold on the cherry flavor, which was out of stock. Thankfully, this was resolved quickly. When I finally received my order, I was sent the wrong item instead of what I ordered. The representative from the support team was very helpful in addressing this and ensured the correct item was sent out. To be honest, I attribute these issues to a busy time of year.

Frustrated with the lack of refunds and stock issues

I am requesting a refund as you are quick to take payments but slow to return funds. It's misleading to advertise flavors that are not actually in stock. Whenever there are drink promotions, payments are accepted, but then I’m told I will receive a refund or a credit note due to items being out of stock. I’ve reached out multiple times via email with no response, yet your company bombards me daily with offers for products that are unavailable. I've also noticed that items like glassware are rarely restocked, leaving collectors like myself without options. Additionally, I’ve had issues with your points system; I can convert points to vouchers, but when I try to use them, they are not accepted at checkout, which feels deceitful. Please process my refund. Below is the message I received regarding my order:
We're very sorry to inform you that the item from your order is currently out of stock. We can offer the following options:
• A refund to your original payment method, or
• A credit to use on our website for future purchases.

Consistent quality and excellent support

I've ordered from the company multiple times without any issues, but my latest delivery arrived damaged and leaking, as pointed out by the postman. Naturally, I was concerned about how this would be resolved. I spoke with a representative named Rebecca, sent a few pictures of the damaged parcel, and a replacement was promptly arranged. This is a testament to their quality customer service, addressing a problem that occurred during transit and not due to any fault of the company.

Poor packaging and service experience

The packaging was inadequate; one bottle arrived leaking from the supposedly sealed top, and a pourer that was meant to be a free gift was missing. I reported the issue and was offered a £5 voucher or a replacement for the bottle. I chose the replacement but am having difficulty returning it to the store, which is one of the main reasons I shop online. If the packaging had been better, this wouldn't have happened. Overall, it was a poor service experience, and I wouldn't order again.
