Unfortunately my bottle arrived damaged from the mishandling of the delivery company. I messaged the au assistant service straight away. I was emailed immediately by the lovely Amelia. She gave me options to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service can't fault them
I placed an order for 72 cans of vodka on December 31, and I still haven't received it. I've reached out to them regarding the delivery issues with the carrier, but the support team claims it's not their concern. I will never use this service again. Their customer service is lacking, and they seem indifferent to their customers, focusing only on making money. I doubt they will respond to this, as they haven't addressed any previous concerns. It's best to avoid this company.
The parcel arrived with an immaculate exterior, but the vodka box inside was severely damaged, covered in dirt, dust, and fingerprints. There was just a loose bottle without the usual internal packaging, along with two cans thrown in and some long, curly hairs in the box. The vodka was nearly expired, and I was offered a £5 voucher. As a long-time customer, I’m disappointed and won’t be returning; the customer service has really declined.

I am considering filing fraud charges against the company and reporting theft to my local authorities, as they refuse to return my funds. I got a “free” ice bucket with my order, but it was unusable due to a broken bottom and dents. Since it was “free,” it won't be replaced, but as a gesture, I can get a £10 credit to buy a £19 ice bucket plus shipping. This is not satisfactory customer service, unfortunately!

I am requesting a refund as you are quick to take payments but slow to return funds. It's misleading to advertise flavors that are not actually in stock. Whenever there are drink promotions, payments are accepted, but then I’m told I will receive a refund or a credit note due to items being out of stock. I’ve reached out multiple times via email with no response, yet your company bombards me daily with offers for products that are unavailable. I've also noticed that items like glassware are rarely restocked, leaving collectors like myself without options. Additionally, I’ve had issues with your points system; I can convert points to vouchers, but when I try to use them, they are not accepted at checkout, which feels deceitful.
