While I rate Britt 5/5, the student success team fell short. They only operate a few mornings a week, and I received the wrong membership number, which led to my assessment being rejected and delayed my marking for a week. I had planned my submission early to take a break from learning, but instead spent that time fixing the issue. I kept raising tickets, but there was no response, causing my requests to be canceled and starting the process over. The student success team is letting their tutors down, as Britt is truly deserving of a 5/5 rating. Please address these issues!
