I am a 43 year old with vast amount of experience but no professional qualifications to back my experience and academic knowledge . I love how studying with Avado opened doors for me and make the entire CIPD level 5 journey very interesting . Nothing is forced but very good interactive experience and references and very helpful tutors . My tutor was Michael always available supportive and Britt she is phenomenal . Avado is also very flexible with my busy work schedule . Loved my journey with them . However Ava can improve .

I do not often leave reviews but felt it so important to rate Arpita’s service from the Student Support Team.

Initially feeling anxious about the dates of my CIPD, Arpita took the time to understand my concerns and listen to my circumstances. They quickly responded to my email after our telephone conversation as well. Their advice and support was extremely helpful, and has left me feeling more comfortable going into the Christmas period.

Thank you Arpita for your help and support, it has made a big difference to me and I know other learners in similar situations appreciate it too!

Great support from the tutor, but the student success team needs improvement

The tutor deserves a perfect score, but the student success team fell short—they're only available a few mornings or days each week. I received an incorrect membership number, which led to my assessment being rejected and delayed my marking by a week. I had planned my submission early, putting in a lot of effort to take a break from learning, but instead spent that time trying to fix this issue. I kept submitting support tickets with no response, and when I tried to follow up, they kept canceling my previous requests, forcing me to start over. The student success team is letting down the tutors, as the teaching support is excellent!
