I had originally enrolled on to CIPD Level 5. I was still within the 14 day period to cancel & submitted a cancellation request due to finding out a family members illness has become terminal.The first person I spoke to was lovely and I was told I’d hear back within 3 working days to confirm my cancellation had gone through.3 working days passed, I called yesterday (01.05.25) and explained I was following up on the cancellation request. I was told it’s still with the team and they’ll get back to me. No timeframe was given & the guy wasn’t really understanding of my situation.They’re friendly & very responsive when you’re signing up, but I feel like I’m being ignored and quite frankly I have enough going on without needing to chase this.I was recommended Avado by a friend, however it’s not been a great experience and wouldn’t recommend.
