I enrolled in April 2023 and due to personal reasons had to put it off til now (June cohort) and was charged an additional £400 admin fee. My concern is that when I specifically asked the representative in 2023 that would it matter that I don't work in HR/LD as I have no knowledge about these areas at all, I was told no. I didn't need to have knowledge. So now the assignments have come through, I can see that they are geared towards people in HR/LD. I've asked the Q to others who are doing the qual and they've said that I may have possibly been misold the qualification. I will be taking this further as they should not have said this to someone who had clearly asked the Q. Had they said yes, its for LD/HR, I would not have enrolled onto it!!
