Poor service student support is closed more than it is open to help. Phone lines are closed mid day. If you are in full time work. This company does not cater for this as all support is in the day and no evening student support. All the support is a quick copy and paste answers from their website. Google is more helpful. Please don’t go with this company as customer service is appalling and you wait weeks for a standard unhelpful response
