Federica Grisanti - TutorI had Federica as my Tutor for 3CO04 Cohort and she was so good. Her knowledge, how she breaks down the elements of learning so we all understood her was incredible. I studied with other tutors for the other assessments for CIPD L&D Level 3 and I have to say Federica was the best. The Live Classes were very valuable, her English is perfect, she was very easy to understand and listen too. Nothing was too much trouble. Due to the loss of a very close family member I did struggle with this last unit but Federica guided me and was very kind and compassionate as were other members of CIPD and AVADO staff. I would highly recommend AVADO and Federica you are the best, thank you. Oh I forgot to add I passed!!
