CIPD as a certication is expensive and I do not only refer to Avado but all the other learning providers too. The learning experience with AVADO is quite nice. The learning model is self-study - so one has to rely on the content provided by AVADO which is just ok. They have structured it well by breaking it down into sub-topics etc. However I would have expected it to be a bit better with them adding links to each topic in the module itself. There are resource links in a separate section which makes for separate reading but you would have to navigate out of the page to access that. What I appreciate though is the quality of the instruction and the instructors who are good at what they do. They are very patient and guide you with your doubts during the tutorials - esp Britt Webster and Mark Beacham. They deserve a special mention for demonstrating professionalism of the highest standards in their tutoring.
