I have been waiting since 1st August for a response to my query, and it is now well past acceptable. Their so-called customer service is non-existent – the only thing they seem to care about is taking your money.Trying to reach them is a nightmare. If you do get through, they hang up on you. And when you finally manage to speak to a person, they promise to call back but never do. It’s shocking how little regard they have for their customers once they’ve been paid.
