Struggling with my last unit, i have been asking and resubmitting since Beginning of February 2025 and STILL its getting rejected. My tickets get closed so i cant reply even though my issues are not resolved. I have asked for a teams meeting with my tutor and this has not happened. I have been told my portal closes on 17/04/2025 and i have to pay £50 to keep it open... The rejections on my last assessment seem like excuses to get an extra £50 out of me, first my interview link doesn't work, then i am over the word count, then I've used the wrong assessment number, then I have used red strikethrough instead of Black, then I have to write my 3rd attempt word count in green, what's next???? No real help from humans at all. Tried the Ava tool on t he learning hub and she's as useless as a chocolate teapot!!!! IF I manage to achieve my level 3 qualification I certainly will not be doing my level 5 through AVADO - seems like its excuse after excuse for rejecting my last unit and no help at all!!!!
