I’ve thoroughly enjoyed studying Level 5 CIPD in People Management with Avado. I did the Level 3 with Avado in 2017 and the learning journey has improved so much since. My main tutor was Britt who was brilliant in guiding through the questions and giving real-life examples to help understand and apply knowledge. Britt was helpful in providing wider reading links and keeping learners up to date on the forum, and replying to individual questions. I had one unit where I wanted to discuss marker feedback before deciding next steps so Britt jumped on a 1:1 call with me - these are kept short due to her supporting other cohorts etc but really appreciated the time. Some units were covered by Mark who was excellent too, Mark always had a story to tell which helped to apply the knowledge to the question. The learning hub is easy to use and it’s all self-directed learning so super flexible. I didn’t often make the live tutor sessions or cohort cafes but was able to watch them back whenever suited me. I feel like I’ve learnt so much and better equipped in my HR position - highly recommend this course and Avado!
