They rejected the video I uploaded, claiming I failed to follow the instructions, even though the instructions were never properly explained in the first place! When I had only two units left, they demanded that I complete them within two weeks or face an additional charge. Isn’t this financial exploitation? Why would a platform, supposedly providing educational services, resort to such deceptive practices? To make matters worse, they don’t even respond to messages, leaving you to feel as if no one is managing the platform at all. It’s truly concerning, and if I could go back in time, I would have chosen a better platform. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them. Now I’m left with no choice but to switch to another platform, just as I was nearing the end of the programme. It’s deeply disappointing.
