I just completed my CIPD level 5 and having been out of university for over 23 years I was a bit nervous. However, the online portal was easy to navigate and had info delivered in various styles of learning. Tutor support offered reassurance which I needed when I failed a question or two on assessments which knocked my confidence a bit in the beginning. Tutors Brittany and Mark were amazing! They have a way of ensuring you understand questions and content and revisit info using a different approach if first way didn’t land. Again with different learning styles and language barriers this is a huge asset!The recorded sessions were a life saver as I did find it challenging to attend many of the live sessions due to the hours of my job. I wish I had done this sooner!
