Fantastic customer service. I enrolled onto the CIPD level 3 course but changed my mind a few days later. I asked student support to cancel my enrolment and see if I can get a refund. They emailed confirming that the refund had been refunded within days. Very happy and great customer service. Nice and easy. I’ll definitely be purchasing this course at the beginning of next year when it’s convenient for me. The course itself is really good. Everything is so well laid out and easy to find. The lecturers have put a lot of thought into how best to teach students that have enrolled onto this course. The tutor I was allocated, Sophia was really lovely and helpful.
