Britt and Mark, as mentioned in other reviews, I found fantastic. Clear and supportive sessions providing help and guidance where needed. During the 11 month programme there were a number of tutor changes which is a little destabilising however both Britt and Mark were by far the best. I found the course material good but the initial support and tutor direct I found lacking. Student Support take far too long to respond and come back on queries raised. I only raised 2 queries but both times took over 14 days for a response. Not ideal. Lots of changes along the way, the worst being a last minute word count increase on final assignment a week before submission date. No end of the world but annoying when you are under pressure with work and the learning.
