L&D level 5. Britt and Mark were both great. Avado have excellent learning material, seminars and fast marking. I came to them from another provider who were hopeless, so I really have a point of reference here. Some people complaining don't have this and a lot of the complaints are better directed against the CIPD than Avado. The course criteria are really hard to hit and the CIPD are really quite sadistic. Britt was really warm and supportive and went out of her way to help. Very pleased I chose Avado. Thanks to all.
