Literally awful - BOYCOTT

Literally awful. Trying to complete my CIPD through Avado is more painful than continuously bashing my head against a brick wall with iron nails coming out of it. I submitted an assessment which didn’t pass by 1 mark, asked for feedback to help me make up the 1 mark and trying to get in touch with anyone and get useful feedback is like trying to make contact with aliens on another planet, only I think I’d be more successful doing the latter. The first time I asked for feedback a tutor told me “I can’t talk about your assessment in case I am assigned to mark your resubmission” which is absolutely crazy and someone must be able to talk through the feedback with me! Anyway, I resubmit the assessment and now most of the assessment criteria’s have failed!!!! And I’m being told it’s because the marking guidelines have changed even though the instruction given to me and the command verbs that they harp on about are EXACTLY THE SAME. I called Avado on Monday 12th August regarding this, literally an hour after receiving my graded work, and I get the email stating the above from Brit on Wednesday 14 August, it also says I can appeal the grade but within 10 days making that Wednesday the deadline??? Excuse me how? My graded work has only been with me for 3 days and I raised the query immediately after receiving feedback. Honestly I’m sure this company are trying to manipulate me to pay them for cohort transfers and retakes. You can’t call or email a tutor or anyone, you have to raise tickets through their gods awful portal, they only reply during usual business hours so good luck to anyone trying to complete this whilst working a full time job. My experience with this company has been the worst, I feel gaslit, depressed and anxious over every interaction and dealing and if I didn’t pay so much money for this course I’d have dropped out ages ago!
