I studied CIPD Level 5 with Avado and completed it. I found the process extremely long between the time you finish your last assignment and the time you get your certificate (3 months). I’ve been chasing to get my certificate as I need it for my employer to refund my studies however they are being too long. This causes so much stress. I am chasing everyday to get my certificate and a colleague of mine faced the same issue. Customer service is not helpful either. Their sales consultants push you to sign up with them, but the quality of the service provided is not matching… I am disappointed and will choose another provider for my level 7. I put one star as the tutors are really good. But Avado’s customer service really needs to improve.
