CIPD 5I have just started the course and I have not studied for over 20 years. This is going to be a real challenge for me. I have attended all the live sessions and I get so much from them. The tutor is Mark Beacham who is so reassuring and supportive. He is giving me to confidence I need to be able to do this. I dont feel like any question is silly. I am really excited to get really stuck in to the course.
