The worst experience ever. Honestly, customer service is so poor. They are refusing to refund my money! I paid my first instalment on the 21st April. I emailed Mohammed Shahzad on the 2nd May asking to withdraw from the course because i changed my mind. As per their policy, they are supposed to honour a full refund if you cancel within the 14 day period. Which i did. They have proceeded to take a further £165 from my account on the 19th of May and that was not enough so they then went ahead and took another £165 on the 19th June DESPITE WITHDRAWING FROM THE COURSE ON THE 2ND MAY. Scarlett then had the cheek to email me "I'm afraid that as you are outside of the 14 day cancellation period we cannot honour your request on this occasion." Sorry but I think it is simple maths. I CANCELLED ON THE 2ND AND PAID ON THE 21ST?? All now I have not received any sort of apology or refund. Stay away from this company because they will just take your money despite asking to be withdrawn from the course.
