My experience so far has not been positive at all. They will take your money but there is no flexibility should you need to change dates! Having enrolled on the level 5 I was unable to start on the agreed date. I requested to transfer to a later cohort and was quoted £400!! £400 to move my name from one cohort to another!? Last year myself and a colleague were charged £0 to move cohorts and Avado will not or cannot explain the change from £0 to £400. I can understand a small admin charge but this seems underhand and money grabbing!! Not good customer service at all!! ** Further to your below reply I would have to disagree that you are encouraging people to complete their qualification, I would say it’s the opposite!! I will be unable to complete mine due the extortionate cost to transfer. I’m sorry but you cannot convince me that it costs £400 to transfer someone, that’s just ridiculous!!!!
