CIPD Level 5 HR course should have started Easter 2024. I could not log in to the site from the off. Multiple complaints resulted in replies claiming IT sorted the problem, but they hadn't. 17th May 2024 I remain unable to access the course work online. Does anyone know where I can complain? An ombudsman or Ofsted etc. I am seriously behind in the course now. Stressed out, anxious, depressed - not how I expected this to go.
