The client advisor failed to provide accurate guidance. Despite completing my master's degree and being eligible for level 7 membership due to my academic performance, I was signed up for level 5 instead. Upon inquiring about canceling my studies, I was informed by the company that it was not possible as the 14-day cancellation period had lapsed. Consequently, I'm obligated to continue making payments even if I choose not to pursue the studies. The only option provided by the company is to transfer my plan to another student to avoid losing my investment. BE CAREFUL , if you already have degree or master degree on the field !.
