Terrible company and service. I previously did a level 3 CIPD through them and had issues with getting my pass certificate; they said I failed, then after 9 months of me asking the reason, I received a pass certificate from the CIPD (I was surprised as no one told me this was going to happen!). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them another chance. I’m now doing a ‘self-paced’ level 5 course, that was sold to me as a way to deal with how intense the course is on top of working, but I’ve now been told that I have a deadline of July, which means I’m around 4 months behind and I will need to pay £400 to transfer onto a new course if I don’t make it (which is extremely unlikely at this point). On top of this, my employer have been paying for my course, yet every month without fail, they charge both my employer and my bank account (no idea how they have my details), and despite opening a complaint about this (due to the size of the instalment being taken from me) in December, it is still happening and I’ve had next to no communication about the progress. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this company.
