They cancelled my apprenticeship half way through the course, I then asked if I could complete my qualification as a professional qualification instead. It took months for them to confirm that I could. In January when they finally confirmed the costs, I asked if I could start the course in February which they confirmed would be ok as long as they received the payment. The invoice was paid by my workplace on 9th February, however they never contacted me again, never replied to any of my emails asking if I could start. When I finally got in touch with them they advised they hadn't received any payment (although the invoice has been paid). I am now stuck as they will not give me a refund as they are saying it hasn't been paid but it has. I can't go elsewhere until I am refunded.Do not complete your CIPD qualification with them if you don't want your time wasting!
