I've used Avado in the past and they were excellent but they have gone downhill significantly.I called to enrol on a new course due to the experience I had with them previously but this time, I have been met with lack of contact, not answering emails or calls and a general lack of interest in signing me up. When I have now called to cancel my enrolment they just said 'OK' and agreed the cancellation. No discussion about why or even an attempt to see if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. Really poor service so i'm going to one of their competitors.
