It took me a long time to understand how to navigate the website but I liked how the learning was presented.My work was marked on a few occasions by one marker that I deemed as very harsh, especially when I compared it with my colleagues' feedback. Until Anna marked my work I was never given any constructive feedback or positive encouragement so I felt very disheartened and wasn't sure what was expected of me which de-motivated me in the following assessments. In one of the tasks I was failed on a certain activity but was not given any feedback so was not sure what I had to do. My tutor, Anna, was a great help with this as she read my work and helped me to understand the requirements. The most common feedback I received was to meet all of the extra 10% wordcount, this was frustrating as I was always within the extra 10% anyway and always had to cut down and edit my words before submitting. Furthermore, it did not seem as though my complaints about this feedback were listened to.On a better note, I appreciated Anna's teaching style and how she was approachable and knowledgeable. She was always happy to help and understanding of how I was feeling. I feel I heave learnt a lot which will help me to progress in my HR career. This is the reason I have not given Avado a lower star score.
