It was a great decision to start my level 3 diploma through Avado. Thank you to Andrew Brine that was very helpful and let me know that my employer funded the course at the time (I didn’t even know this and saved me a lot of money!). Adapting to online learning along full time work was challenging but worth it. The learning resources were easy to take in, user friendly and relevant. A big thanks to Abbie Kirkham our course tutor for all the support, we really couldn’t have made it this far without her. It was great to be able to apply the knowledge gained through the course and I managed to change careers into HR, 6 month into the course and I found that it was much easier to also learn and apply the new information after already had experience in HR from my new role while before I never had experience and found harder to understand some topics in context. All in all I would recommend Avado, certificates took quite some time to arrive but student success and Abbie kept in touch with updates and we did have a big cohort. Congratulations to Feb 2021 cohort! It was nice working alongside all of you. Going to enjoy a well earned break before thinking of level 5 but no doubt I’d come back to Avado for it!
