I would like to share my appreciation of this opportunity - it was an exciting learning journey with CIPD and Avado, and quite challenging, both in terms of complexity of study and timelines. Interesting comprehensive course units, lots of case studies, practical video/audio exercises, links to tons of additional reading – very encouraging and very motivating to invest your time in study. Very useful and important was the 4DEP - Developing yourself as an effective Human Resources practitioner course unit, and particularly – the Reflective Journal. The idea of keeping notes throughout of your learning process – brings considerable added value. Although not everything I learned can be directly applicable to UNICEF practice, still I was able to implement some improvements in my daily work, and many more to come.I would like to specifically mention expertise of the Tutor – Leslie Curzon, an HR professional of high caliber, sharing his knowledge and offering invaluable support to his students. Knowing the high standards and rigorous requirements towards students’ submissions, I felt really proud and encouraged to receive his comments with appreciation of my assessments. Also, to mention – excellent support of the Avado team! All technical issues (if once happened) solved promptly, with no harm to the learning process. The online platform is very user-friendly, well structured, all links active and working.THANK YOU! I enjoyed this experience and will be happy to continue my learning.
