It has been a pleasure to be part of the CIPD course. I can genuinely say that this certification has some of the very best one can look for in the area of human resources management. Firstly, I found the course intensive, and I was happy to see it is pushing me out of my comfort zone taking me towards learning relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities. Secondly, the course includes a variety of methods including very practical ways of engaging participants, learning by doing, i.e. we had an opportunity to conduct a practical video of conducting a performance appraisal with a peer/colleague or friend. Finally, the course is led by a tutor who can easily challenge your preset ideas and to help you think and analyze different HR related issues with a new lens.
