I chose to undertake the Level 3 certification with Avado, and from the get go was provided with a lot of support from Mona, the enrolment consultant. Mona was extremely helpful, polite, patient and provided me with the necessary information I needed regarding the course, financing options, so I could make the most informed decision regarding my studying arrangements. The course content itself was extremely well-structured and the virtual lectures and seminars taught by my tutor Jacqui were concise and very insightful and gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to submit my assignments on time and pass my course at my first attempt. Feedback was provided for each unit undertaken, and Jacqui was extensive in covering the examination requirements required to pass each unit.I'm currently undertaking my level 5 CIPD qualification with Avado, and very happy I chose them as a provider.
