I signed up for L5 HR Management back in July 2020 - a course I had wanted to do for a long time and paid for myself after losing my job due to Covid. The course, course materials and tutor were really good. Student success however have been very poor. Firstly, I was registered under the wrong name which took a while to sort. Then, when moving from the certificate to the diploma, it was completely disorganised and I was sent all over the place to get signed up. The online campus went down and I was unable to get my study materials and missed a week of study. No response from student success after emails. When submitting one of the assignments, the upload wouldn’t work and despite repeated calls & emails to student success, they took too long to respond. I completed the course in November 2021 and nearly 4 months later, I am still waiting for the certificate. After countless emails to student success I was eventually advised that my units had been “missed” and I would have another 3-4 week wait for the certificate. I submitted a complaint via their online form 3 days ago, yet still no response. I paid a lot of money for this course and had expected much better service.
