I enrolled on the Level 3 Certificate in HRPractice in Nov 2020. The course was incredibly beneficial, covering everything from ‘who is HR’ to ‘how can HR be helpful in the workplace’ to ‘The entire recruitment process’. The course was detailed, thorough and the tutor was incredibly supportive. There were ‘Cohort Cafe’s’ hosted every couple of weeks by my tutor and it gave the students an opportunity to ask questions on the course, the assessment or just anything really. The course does take time and attention however, I think Avado recommend 6-8hours a week for a base amount of studying. For me, sometimes getting caught up with work and being busy at the weekends meant it was tricky to do that amount and sometimes even found myself falling behind but luckily I could find the time to catch up. Furthermore, this course is totally online meaning you can go at the pace you wish, whatever suits your availability and learning preference. I really would recommend this course to all persons looking at a career in HR or even if you just want to understand people in the workplace better and not necessarily go into HR. Due to the easy nature of enrolling and the service from Avado, I will be following on the qualification pathway by getting started on my Level 5!
