The course I gained through Avado, HR level 3, allowed me to progress from HR Admin to HR Lead. I now feel confident to lead a team and be a decision maker in my field, it boosted my confidence no end. The course structure was great and the help offered from both the apprenticeship tutor and the academic tutors was amazing. I enjoyed the course that much I’m moving on to my Level 5 now.
