Awful experience-haven't received my certificate till this day after finishing my course in Jan 2019!!!! Overpriced for what "knowledge" it provides and charging for every single retake of a unit when you paid 2,5k for a certificate! A total rip-off...I have been sent back and forth from AVADO to CIPD to get my certificate for which I worked hard. AVADO should be more responsible in solving complaints between CIPD and the customer and GO AN EXTRA MILE especially when there's such a delay in delivering certificates to people on time.
