I made some enquiries recently on how to move forward and take on the HR CIPD courses which, had been on my mind for years.A lady via the phone line - I wouldn’t mention her name (she knows herself) was very helpful. Again, I was thrilled on how my questions were answered in the most polite way. And anytime I needed more information she was there. It didn’t matter how many questions I had asked this lady she simply answered them to the best of her abilities. Initially I thought there were free courses run by the government schemes. I got encouraged and am enrolled to begin my HR CIPD online courses from next year 2020.Thank you ever so much for being kind and transparent. Keep up the good efforts and that’s why I have given this review my first (five stars)..
